Our goal is to be able to help as many people as we can achieve their fitness goals. Our team is focused on what the client wants and needs. We have a wide range of training options so we can hopefully help everyone who’s looking to improve their fitness levels. The one thing all of our trainers have in common is that we care about each and every client, and we will work extremely hard to help them achieve their goals. Everyone is treated equally. Each of the training options below come with a FREE consultation and fitness assessment. This helps us decide what program would work best for you. 1 on 1 Personal Training
A private in person training session with your personal trainer. All the attention is on you, as it should be! Your personal trainer will design a routine and program that best fits you based on your goals. Together we will decide if 30 minute sessions or 60 minute sessions would work best for you to achieve your goals. Most of our clients start with the 30 minute sessions to build up their foundation. We will then recommend 60 minute sessions once they are stronger and more confident. At the end of the day it’s what the client feels more comfortable with. But we can honestly say that 60 minute sessions are more effective in the long run. Regardless of how long your session is, we guarantee that you will be challenged and have a great workout!
2 on 1 Personal Training
A semi private training session with your personal trainer. These sessions you can use with a spouse, family member, work colleague, friend, or anyone you wish! Some people find more motivation when they get to workout with someone close to them. There’s nothing wrong with a little bit of friendly competition. You’ll also help keep each other accountable and push each other through the workout. You also get to split the cost of the training sessions. This is a great option for the extra motivation.
