GROUP CLASSES
CLASS SCHEDULE
Join us for a 60 minute workout in a group setting. These classes are designed to help you increase your overall strength, burn fat, and improve your mobility. All fitness levels are welcome! We make sure to provide a fun and challenging workout that everyone can be a part of. No matter what their fitness level is.
The first class is FREE! Please contact us for more information on the classes.
Tuesdays – 530am & 7pm
Thursdays – 530am & 7pm
Saturdays – 7am
