Justin Ellis
Hello everyone! My name is Justin Ellis, and I'm the owner of Justin Ellis PT. I’m a certified personal trainer that has been in the fitness industry for over 16 years. But this isn’t about me. Right now it’s about you. My goal is to motivate you, help you get stronger, and also help you balance out a healthy realistic lifestyle. I specialize in building muscle, weight loss, functional strength training, and sports specific training. Even though being physically healthy is what everyone needs. I also believe that everyone needs to focus on being happy with themselves as a person. I have experience in training people of all ages, disabilities, or with exercise restrictions and limitations. My clients range from the ages of 11-80 years old. Everyone's body is different, and some things don't work for everyone. It's my job to find out what works best for YOU. Let's make a change, but most importantly, let's have fun on your fitness journey.

Chantal Silvestri
Using over a decade of personal & professional experience as a certified personal trainer since 2011, it’s my goal & life’s purpose to educate, provide guidance & results to my clients. Not only leading them to accomplish their physical strength, performance & aesthetic goals in the safest, most effective way possible but also building the mental resilience, inner confidence & the healthy habits that lifestyle entails! Whatever your goal & wherever you’re starting from, I’m here to lead you down the correct path using proven scientific methods and biomechanical knowledge. I am currently studying as a Specialist in MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques by Greg Roskoph). I’m confident I can truly deliver value with personally optimized programming that eliminates chronic pain, while improving overall function & quality of life for my clients. Nutrition coaching is a personalized service designed to help you make informed and sustainable dietary choices. It focuses on understanding your unique nutritional needs and lifestyle, providing expert guidance on meal planning, portion control, and healthy eating habits. By working with a nutrition coach, you gain valuable insights into the impact of food on your body, enabling you to optimize your diet for better energy, improved health, and specific fitness goals. The goal is not just to achieve short-term results but to cultivate lifelong habits that support overall wellness and vitality
